Who We Are

Established in 2018 Hill Top Butcher Shop is a fully USDA Inspected Slaughter Facility. We offer custom slaughter, smoked products, and deer processing. We also have a wide variety of Beef and Pork for sale in our retail store for convenience.

What We Do

We are a Custom slaughter facility and also offer state inspected slaughters. We have a Food Safety certification, along with having certified HACCP training. We also donate to the local food pantry and Farmers feeding the Hungry.
